SL Not Responding during Voucher and Adjustment deletions

Running SL on TS with 33+ users. We currently have multiple users unable to delete records from Voucher and Adjustment entry in AP. When the record is pulled up and a user hits delete, they receive the confirmation window, the hit yes, then SL goes into a (Not Responding) state. Checked event logs and all generated in that time frame are blank.

Using Sl 2011 SP1. Ended up being a known issue with SL. Bug#23996 I think. There was a script to correct it.
