Hi,

We have D365 FO and D365 CE integrated via Dualwrite and the power admin center shows the capacity is above 12% however we need to understand what is causing the increase in DB size

https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/capacity

Also does it considers any specific environment or it is considering all the environments and which are the tables considered. Is it related to the D365 FO - D365 CE integration.

I see that the Finance and Operations Database is 101 of 90 Gb i.e12.32 % over.

There is also Database showing 23.43 of 22.35 GB and 4.81% over.

What are the tables or databases involved in the above highlighted screens and how it can be cleaned.

Is it because of the dual write configuration that it is storing some values in the database and if yes then which are those tables considered and how can it be fixed ?

By clearing some tables or by some other option

Also, when I check the Finance and operations tab it shows 54Gb as database size of prod environment.

Does it also involve any tables /files from CE system.

In the below screen shot it shows multiple environments, so the database capacity shows the overall capacity of all the below environments or only specific to some environments.

If it is specific to environments, then which are those and how can it be cleared.

Can anyone please provide the input ?
