Create joint view of records made by external users of same organization

I have a portal where external (logged in) users can create, view and edit their own records (Ticket-table). Now I want a secundary view where the external users can view all of the records of the external users related to their organisation.

The different external users are stored in the contacts-table. And I have a third table 'Organizations' where the overall organizations are kept and to which external users(contact-records) are linked to. Now I'm looking for a second list where you see all the records of your own organization. I'm thinking of adding a field 'organization' to the Ticket-table (they're already related through contacts), is this solution possible, if so how should I tackle this problem. Or is there a standardised way of solution of solving this problem? How can I best address this problem? Thank you.
