20AX 2012 R3 CU10 environment using a dedicated batch server. When Sales Invoices are processed in batch we have an issue where random invoices do not print. All of the orders will have their status updated to 'Invoiced' but some of them do not print. Details:
It is not account or Print Management related as the same customer can have invoices that print and other that are missing.
If we run the invoice process from a client on the batch server logged in as the batch user, every invoice will print, it is only when run in batch that the missing invoices occur.
I have tried both single threaded and multi-threaded processing, no effect on the missing invoices.
The batch job log does not show any errors.
Anyone seen this behavior or have any ideas?
