Hi D365 experts,

I have a requirement of creating a D365 FnO dialog with a pen input control for people to sign, and after pressing a button the image would be sent back to D365 FnO.

I've tried to create a simple dialog form with a power apps host control that contains the pen input control, however my question is, is there a way from the app to notify back to the D365 FnO form so that it can be coded to close the dialog form after pressing a button?

So it's either pressing a button inside of the power app to notify back to D365 FnO, or pressing a D365 FnO button (ie. OK button in the dialog) to trigger the power app to do something (ie. saving the pen-input image into D365 FnO as a document attachment).

Anyone knows if it's possible and if it is, how to achieve that?
