Service Update error while Generating Sales Invoice Report in UAT

Hi all,
 
UAT FO was recently updated to version 10.0.43. We are currently performing regression testing in the UAT instance.
 
We are trying to generate our custom report, and the below error is generated.
 
Error Message: "Could not load type 'Dynamics.AX.Application.TaxModelDocLineFactory_IN' from assembly 'Dynamics.AX.ApplicationSuite, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'."
 
Any updates/suggestion related to the issue is helpful.

    Thanks for the update.
     
    As per your suggestion, the problem is resolved, and changes have been made, tested in dev, and moved to UAT.
    The report is now working fine in UAT.

    Hi Raj,
     
    Class "TaxModelDocLineFactory_IN" is deprecated in the new version 10.0.43. 
     
    Try to Update and Reproduce the Issue on the Development Environment and Change the Class to "TaxModelDocLineFactory" which is replacement for the "TaxModelDocLineFactory_IN" Class.

    Hello Holly,

     

    The issue is related to the customized report which not being generated on the UAT Instance after the service update. The Issue is not related to Log-In/Access level.

    Hi there! Good morning, evening, or afternoon - depending on where you are :) Hope you are well today! 
     
    The error message "You are not authorized to login with your current credentials" in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) VM typically indicates an issue with user provisioning or authentication. Here are steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
    1. Verify Admin Provisioning
    • Ensure that the Admin Provisioning Tool was run successfully and that the credentials used are correctly provisioned as an administrator in the VM.
    • Check the provisioning logs to confirm that the user was added to the system.
    2. Check Azure Application Configuration
    • Verify that the Azure application is correctly configured:
      • Ensure that the Redirect URI matches the URL of your F&O environment.
      • Confirm that the App ID and Tenant ID are correctly set in the VM configuration.
    3. Validate Certificates
    • Ensure that the self-signed certificates are correctly installed and trusted by the VM.
    • Check if the certificates are properly linked to the Azure application.
    4. Add User to F&O
    • Manually add the user to the F&O environment:
      • Navigate to System Administration > Users.
      • Add the user and assign the necessary roles (e.g., System Administrator).
    5. Check Event Logs
    • Review the Event Viewer logs on the VM for detailed error messages related to authentication.
    • Look for entries under Applications and Services Logs > Dynamics.
    6. Test with Another Account
    • If possible, test the login with another account that has administrator privileges to confirm whether the issue is specific to the user or the environment.
    7. Re-run Admin Provisioning
    • If the issue persists, re-run the Admin Provisioning Tool and ensure that there are no errors during execution.
    8. Contact your partner and/or Microsoft Support
    • If none of the above steps resolve the issue, escalate it to them. Provide them with:
      • The provisioning logs.
      • Details of the Azure application configuration.
      • Steps to reproduce the issue.
