GP 2010 - How to Make Changes to Earnings Statements Information

Posted on by 35

Hello, my company uses the HR & Payroll function in GP 2010. I am not sure if it came with it or if it is a separate function. However, our earning statements (Pay stubs) currently print each employees full social security number. Does any know how to change this so that just their partial social number shows up, or even how to remove it completely? I would prefer to use the last four digits to help our employees be more secure with their earnings statements.

Thank you!

I found the report I needed to edit. It appears that I can either have the employee social security number show or not their at all. Does anyone know if there is an option just to show the last four digits.

    Thanks!

Modify the report and use calculated field to shrink the social security number field.
