Dynamics SL won't start on terminal server

The server is running SL fine. The Terminal server was running fine until they restarted the DNS. Now when you attempt to run SL on the terminal server, you get the following: (what is the solution?)

Hi Janeczka,

I am assuming that the Terminal Server has a client install of the Dynamics SL program. If I am wrong, please correct me.

Operating under that assumption, the first thing I would check is that you can navigate to the Dynamics SL directory from the TS using the mapped drive. If the mapped drive does not exist, map the drive and attempt to login again. If the drive does exist, then disconnect it and any other mapped drive to the SL folder to the server if they exist. Then map the drive again.

If that doesn't work, what OS is running on the Terminal Server?
