ExecuteTransactionRequest For record sharing or adding users in Access team

Hi All,

Can we use ExecuteTransactionRequest For record sharing or adding users in Access team. 

Unable to find related MS blog and code.

I have used ExeciteMultipleRequest which is working fine.

Please suggest with sample code.
