Can Vouchers/Invoices be paid by credit card? If so How can we do that? where can we find whether invoices are paid by Check or Credit card or other payment types?

Dynamics SL doesn't have specific functionality to pay invoices or vouchers by credit card. For AR invoices, the only payment types would be PA for payment, PP for pre-payment, or CM for credit memo. For AP vouchers prior to SL 2011, there is either a hand check (HC) or a system check (CK). In SL 2011, AP vouchers can be paid in the manual check screen and you can use a payment type of EP for electronic payment. There is no additional functionality with the EP payment type, it still uses a check number. It's just an added payment type.
