Hi All ,

AX 2012 R3

The business user exported the Released products information from AX to excel by using CTRL +T function and all data exported in the excel . Now business user try to filter based on the product name in the excel ,but surprisingly many products has similar product name ,which is incorrect. All products has different product name field in AX application ,but excel has such issues .

The issue is that most of the products name is same as first product name in excel sheet . This result is same with filter or without filter also in Excel .

The above scenario has been tested in many companies in the production environment and result is same.

Please guide us root cause of the issue .

Hi Sri,

This is a not common behavior. In my test environment it is working correctly. Can you verify if there are customizations or add-ons installed which might impact the standard behavior? Do you know if it is wrong for only one user or all users using the Export to Excel on the released products?
