Hi Team,
We have some customization module on top of Standard AX. We are generating few reports. Task Recorder in Dynamics 365 not detecting those pages.
Is there a way to make task recorder identify the custom controls and texts? We need to use these recordings for RSAT execution.

Do you want to run the reports only or also read the outcome on the report as variables to validate the outcome of the report? The last option is not possible. It can only read variables from form input controls.

Task recorder will take the screen print of the report and place in the word document or task guide. Can you please share the steps that you take to record your scenario or business process?
You customized a new screen or existing screen and you want task recorder to capture only custom control during process recording?

It is a new module we developed on top of standard ax. We are SSRS reporting for generation of report. We are trying to validate the values in the report using Task recorder. It is not detecting the controls in the SSRS report page.
Our aim is to test the report using RSAT tool.

The task recorder is not able to read individual details from the SSRS report. It can only capture values from user controls as mentioned above.
Task recorder cannot validate values or contents but can only capture values.
Use Azure DevOps to create sample test cases with pre-defined values and attach to test suits then run RSAT to generate the final outcome.
