Interactive Experience App | Case

Hello,

i am running into a weird issue, i have an app in interative experience where the case entity is added , i am a system administrator , however i can't  See the new button in the Home Page Ribbon.

Have anyone run into a similar problem

    Hi,

    Can you share a screenshot please? I checked customer service hub and I cn see the button. It is possible that it is hidden using ribbon workbench.
