Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

Unable to access app.

Hi everybody.

I'm experiencing an issue setting up the App for Outlook. Server side sync is setup. And app has been automatically added to my Exchange account.

But when I click on the Dynamics button, I'm having the following issue.
company/.../code_auth.aspx can be accessed and we can authentication.

But once done it's displaying 404 error for following link:
company/.../undefined;redirect_uri=company/.../code_auth.aspx&resource=https://company&response_type=code&state=undefined?client_id=68ae67c3-8fc1-4a43-975b-e911d0ad452f-95a2f9727059fe5cf9505240c313c0f9

In OWA, it's displaying authentification, then "We're reviewing your Dynamics 365 information..." and finally the 404 error

Anyone experiencing the same?

Note that it's working on tablets and phones.
