When I run the Historical Aged Trial Balance Report for the current month, it only returns the Unapplied Transactions.

What do you have for the Print/Age as of date? Do you have Select Transactions for Report Using set at GL post date? Or Document Date? Also, there are many options under the Exculde area which will affect what you see.
