Offset account greyed out in journal names

Hi, 

Does anyone know why the offset account is greyed out?

    Have you configured ledger completely? I have never seen this issue before.

    Please check if you have accounting structure and COA properly linked to Ledger and an active ledger is linked to Bank account. Check which journal type you have selected in this screenshot.
