Hi,

I wrote a plugin that will do some action. I registered it. Up to this point everythind is fine. How can i use this plug in in my crm 2015 form. How cai it recognize my page entity etc.? Can anyone help me please?

Depends on what message you have registered for the entity ( Messages can be basic CURD Operation and other CRM Messages ).

I will suggest to go through the MSDN Plugin Samples and do an hands on practice to make your concepts clear.
