New field names not showing in RTC

Hi,

I have renamed a couple of fields at the Page level. Some users are able to see the new names from the RTC, but others are not.

I'm trying to understand why this is happening and what can be done to resolve the issue.

This is a bit strange, is it possible that these fields are added repeatedly on the page? Some users see the fields after you modified them, and some don't.

If you are still not sure, you can try changing the captions of the field on Table and Page.

Hope this can give you some hints.

The fields are not added repeatedly. I have changed the caption. Some users see the new caption in the RTC, and others do not.

Did You restart the services?
It could be that some users had the session running already, and while it is not ended, they still see the old names.
