Unable to Delete Account/Household/Org

Hi all!

Here is the error I am getting when I attempt to delete an Account/Org/etc

Business Process Error

The Target is NOT an Entity. Exiting plugin.

Error code: 0x80040265Session Id: 3d3ea42a-f3f2-4bba-bccf-46d1b0458258Activity Id: 5dfbe513-3a1e-4001-bc9b-3effefd18ec9Time: Tue Nov 30 2021 15:57:34 GMT-0500 (Eastern Standard Time)

Is there any updates on this? I have the same Issue. It seems something with Household-Accounts is not right.

Also, when I open an HH-Account from a Contact, it opens two Accounts.

Thanks for reaching out.

This error requires the detailed investigation, please raise the support ticket for the same following below steps.

Kindly visit to Admin Portal and then select Help+Support option -> click on new support request. It will open a support form, Select Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit and then select problem type, you need to fill other required details also and submit the same. Please refer below screenshot for your reference
