journal Lines are not opening even i check from administrator ID

Hi Experts,

Please check the above images why journal lines are not opening even if i want to remove or uncheck from blocking tab.

    Ah, I was talking about the wrong field. Anyway, good that it's now resolved.

    I simply wend to AOT table and from there manually, system block field was checked and i made it unchecked.

    I think you would need to clear the SessionId and SessionLoginDateTime fields from the table.

    This should be possible to do with an x++ job.

    If you are unclear on how to update data with x++, you can find a lot of resources online.

    But you need to be extremely careful in a live system, so I don't recommend this at all unless it's absolutely required.

    If someone else has the journal lines open, nobody else can open them.

    If you are really stuck, you can try one of these options:

    - Clear the block field from database

    - Restart AOS
