I am getting this error: Updating RecurringAppointmentMaster.subject.Length but it's not valid for update. Original value:800. New value:400.
In the log it shows that it deals with the Appointment entity. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Now I am getting this:
Updating ActivityPointer.subject.Length is not valid because this is an indexed attribute and hence cannot have size greater than 900. Original value:800. New value:920. Existing index is ndx_for_MySubActivities with type=6
