Hi Matt,
You may wan to check the settings under Leave and absence parameters-> Calendar, as they can be set differently for each of the 3 calendar types: Company, Manager and Team absence calendar.
In addition the 2 calendars include different information: My team absence will normally include people that report to the same manager as you do, while the Manager absence include your direct reports. Hence based on the role you have, you might not have access to the My team absence information.
