We have a form to assign project to the employee i.e. ProjValSetupProjEmpl,
Navigation: Human Resource module ->Employees -> Project -> under Setup ->Assign projects ->Projects

With Label: Resource validation project assignments

So, in this form ProjValSetupProjEmpl, we are adding a field /Project Group/. we have added from backend though visual studio.
Also, we have added field from the front end, by right click on form->insert column->/Project group/

But, when we add from front end, we are getting blank, or incorrect value or sometimes correct value in the column Project group. Please refer to the screenshot:

I wanted to know why we are getting blank for Project group when we add field /Project group/ from Front end.

Thankyou
AyuSri.

I have added the 'ProjGroup' from' ProjTable_NotEmpl' DataSource and I am getting correct value.

    Thanks,

    Hi aayushii,

I too tried with insert column from front end and it's showing me wrong values only - Its blank for all the records except for the first record. Seems this is a standard issue we can't do anything for that.
Reason for that will be form will have more then one ProjTable as Datasource and join will be not exist join between Datasource's, so that may be the reason you are getting wrong data as you don't know insert column showing ProjGroup from which ProjTable DataSource.
You said you have already tried from the back end. Can you tell me from which DataSource you have added the ProjGroup field.
So, you need to add the ProjGroup field from the 'ProjTable_NotEmpl' DataSource.
Please confirm that you have added from that DataSource.

    Thanks,
    Girish S.
