Yes it is. I actually like this version because it has very attractive and very effective things.
Every product has its ups and downs and bugs. Best thing about using NAV is Microsoft always release updates for the product as soon as they find a bug in the program. So it is very safe to go with the latest version of NAV.
Very recently Microsoft has released its first rollup for NAV 2015. If you are planing to install NAV make sure to apply rollup 01.
Not NAV2015 RTM.
Please use Rollup 1 on top of it, if you have to, I am still doubting
