We have a customer who is running D365 9.02 and Excel 2016. We created an Excel template that works when the number of records in a view is small, like less than 5k. If we try exporting from the same view with the full set of records (about 45k) it fails with the "An error has occurred". This happens on all desktops who have tried to export. The download log provides the following error. I know V9 has been buggy as heck. Just wondering if anyone out there is successful in downloading an Excel Template with a large number of records using Excel 2016? Thanks.
