PSTL Toolkit is set as default when PSTL is first opened

I need to not have the ToolKit be the default when the PSTL window is active. I have a request that specific users only have access to the RM Transaction unapply. They get errors when PSTL opens because it is defaulting to ToolKit and they don't have access to it.

How can I change the default in PSTL?

I don't understand what you mean that PSTL is the default. The only time I can think of that may be causing an issue is if you haven't yet launched PSTL as sa. The first time this is done, it activates the toolkit. It needs to be done for each company.

Another thing that could come up is if the toolkit has been added to the Startup folder in the Navigation Pane. That would make it launch when GP starts up.

Sharing an error message or screenshot may help the community answer your question.

[With my clients, I add the RM Transaction Unapply window itself - not PSTL - to the Navigation Pane so that they can access it directly.]

There isn't a way short of a customization to change the default from Toolkit when you launch PSTL.

However, you can add the Receivables Unapply window as a shortcut for that user and that will open. This way the user only has access to that and not everything else in PSTL.
