Hi,
I do not think that this scenario is fully supported in the standard application.
What you can do is recording a budget and allocate it to main and subprojects.
The budget amounts that you create are, however, not directly related to the funding sources. They actually cannot be directly related because you might always want to add additional subprojects with new budgets and having a budget threshold defined at the project contract level would prevent that.
What you can do - either manually or through an adjustment - is updating the funding limits at the project contract level based on the budget amounts recorded.

I have a client where they have pledged budget(customers has agreed to pay to our client, so i am talking about revenue only) Fund,which is supported by multiple customers, to run a marketing campaign for customers and one marketing campaign can be supported by multiple customers and some money is used from pledged budged against multiple marketing activities, so i was thinking to use project contract and funding source limits and allocations to manage and allocated amount(out of pledged budget) against multiple customers, So One contract(overall marketing Campaign) and underneath that multiple projects (one project to one customer and one funding source for each (customer) and funding limits and funding rules. Marketing Campaign=Contract=multiple projects=multiple customers=multiple funding source(one project=one customer=one funding source), but where can i put Overall pledged budget Amount against these customers? I was thinking to use Project budget functionality for total pledged budget and allocate against these customers as required, but can not see the link. Hope i have not confused you.

Costract no1(Marketing Campaign)
Customer1 project1 Funding Source1 Total Pledged Budget(10,000) Allocated Budget(5000) Remaining (5000)
Customer2 project2 Funding Source2 Total Pledged Budget(20,000) Allocated Budger(6000) Remaining(14000)

There is direct linkage between a funding source, such as a customer, department, etc. and a project budget.
