Order missing from SOP10201?

We have a lot of views that depend on stuff in SOP10201, but there's a particular order throwing an error on this view. Did some digging in SQL and checking the views and found a lot of it is based off SOP10201, but this order is entirely missing from this table, I get nothing when I try to filter on it by the SOP number or lot number. I believe this is a work and history table so I imagine it would have everything. Just don't understand the rhyme or reason why this order is missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This is the Sales Serial/Lot Work and History. It will hold record for each lot serial number on a saved/posted sop document. The item must be allocated to appear in this table from a SOP order.

    Important columns

    POSTED

    0=unposted

    1=posted

    TRXSORCE

    Transaction Source. This must be blank

    OVERSERLT

    0=Serial/lot number was not selected from inventory and was entered on the fly.

    1= serial/lot number was selected from existing inventory

    If the document in question is a posted invoice, I would remove the transaction through Tools | Utilities | Sales | Remove Sales History. If you need this document information for reporting, add the items on the posted SOP invoice back to inventory, and create a new sales invoice.
