Check the fourth consideration in the below link, some mapping issue with the option set type column.

Is this consideration meaning the option set values in xml sheet have different format?

I haven't tested this, but just check if this is the case.

In the case above the error is a result of having the same value typed both in lower and upper cases in the sample data file. We need to make sure that our values have the same formatting as the same value, but typed once with lowercase and then with uppercase, this will be displayed twice in the Corresponding List Values.

i tested it by adding the same value but one lower case "paid" and another upper case "PAID" but  ask me to map lower case after map . the  data imports runs successfully

    Nemo,

Essentially yes (in answer to your previous question).

What field type is it that is causing an issue?  An option set?

If you have numbers as options you need to make sure they are being input as 'text' rather than 'numbers' in your import file - otherwise you will have issues.

If there is a particular column this relates to (I think it should be indicated in the Log File) then I'd suggest that you cleared the mapping to this column and then tried re-setting it.

At worst, try re-creating your import file template.

    Hi,

I get the same error when I try importing multiple custom option set values.

Any solution to this or best practices ?
