Stop Sub Grid Add New +button from opening quick create form (Open main form instead)

Hi,

I have Activities subgrid on case entity, when i add new phone call the system defaults to a quick create form.  I need the system to default to the main phone call form when adding a phone call activity from within a case

Any idea's how I can change this?

    Yes, quick create is disabled,

    If quick create form is disabled then make sure all customization has been published.

    Also clear browsing history or check in another browser.

    Hi Chappers,

    We just need to disable the Allow quick create of the Phone Call entity.

    This quick create form cannot be disabled or deleted. 

    Click on the Managed Properties button in the form editor for this quick form creation and you will see that it cannot be deleted.

    If you click the deactivate button, it will display "You can’t deactivate this type of form."
