Hi All,
Social Post tab (when ever user click on post button on social plane) can we trigger on the event ,Would an out of box workflow be possible or would a custom assembly be required??
Please suggest me

You can not customize social pane like onclick of post tab. However you can trigger workflow when you add post ,please have a look below article -
