Why The user is different

Hi All

I am new to dynamics 365, I don't have better idea how dynamics user management works.

I have logged in to 2 different account and they are showing different view

One is showing details of logged in user another is not showing, I was wondering why is that?

And how exactly this user permission and access actually managed?

Sorry If I ask silly question, but I am new and learning.

Hi,

Can you show us which product are you using?

Dynamics 365 includes products such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
