Hi,
I found this article which was last updated on 5/24/2017, about how to migrate data form QuickBooks online to D365FOB.
But when reading through this article, it seems like it is referring to the same extension as that of QuickBooks Desktop, and when attempting to use this extension, it only gives option to import IIF file. Is the data migration from QuickBooks Online still in progress? If it is released, am I missing how to use this extension?

Thank you for your advice. I re-installed the extension and that seemed to have resolved the issue.

When you use the 'Migrate Business Data' option on the assisted setup, you should have 2 different options for QuickBooks.
Import from QuickBooks (IIF)
Import from QuickBooks Online
If you don't, then you need to go to your extensions page and see if you have the QuickBooks Online Data Migration extension. If you don't then you should go into the marketplace and install it.
