Default Posting Date to TODAY in Suggest Vendor Paytments

Hi,
 
I am wondering if there is a way to always default Posting Date to WORKDAY(TODAY) in Suggest Vendor Payments?  Seems like if we change the posting date and next time when we run the suggest vendor payment it default back to the last date we used when running the report.
