Hi All,
When trying to preview reports on production environment, the system crashes and 'working on it' error is shown. On sandbox, it is working fine.
What could be the cause of this issue, please suggest !

I think it's best if you create a support case with the Microsoft support team since this will require digging in the telemetry for your tenant.
You can check if there are any logs in the telemetry yourself by going to your Admin center and clicking on Telemetry. Select the environment and date. If there are any events, they will be displayed.

This is a custom report and it is a Business Central online tenant. Table extensions are also there.

Is this a custom report or a standard report? Do you have any table extensions on the source table?
Please create a support case and we can help look at the telemetry for your tenant.
If this is for an On-prem tenant, you can look at events in the Application logs for a possible warning or error message.
