What would be your technical approach to monitor cloud-hosted mails and (if they fit several criterias) copy them to (a indiv table) in BC?
Could this be done by MS Flows? Or MS Graph? Or ...?

    I think MS Graph is not work.  you should use MS Flows

    Power automate is a good approach here. A custom table will be easier. Latest version will allow you to choose a custom api page to post the data to.
