Income statement show positive for revenue

Hi All,

I know in account schedule you can check show opposite but this report below doesn't seem to link to INCOME account schedule or any account schedule so not sure how to show credit bal as positive

    Hi Anita, Please explain more how you created the Accounts Schedule?

    You need to make sure to assign a G/L Account Sub-Category to each G/L account in the Chart of accounts.

    Also, make sure the G/L Account Category is assigned correctly.

    I hope this will solve the issue,

    Hi Anita,

    When running the Income Statement report from the action shown in your screenshot, the account schedule used is defined in the General Ledger Setup. If you make changes to the defined Account Schedule the effects should be seen when running report from the action.

    P.S. it's recommended to make a copy of the account schedule and define the new one in the setup, this makes it easy to revert if any issues.
