How to Give validation of a field using plugin ms dynamic crm online?

I am uploading CSV file in annotation entity and on the same time i want to give validation of fields using plugin code.

Any idea!!!

    Do you want to read the csv content  on PreCreate and Pre Update of Annotation Entity?

    Have u already tried to get the MemoryStream of CSV?

    I am uploading CSV file on Note entity.At that time of upload CSV file it will check field validation.

    For both create and update plugin i want to give a field validation like :- field value must me 16 digit with numeric.

    You have not provide clear details of your requirement, do want to implement validate on create/update plugin on annotation entity ?? what issue you are facing? can you share much details ??
