I have a garment manufacturing unit where each item has 6-7 operations to complete each unit.
Once the jobs are released and started, one of the operators scheduled to be doing a job falls sick or fails to turn up to work.
How can I change the jobs available in his schedule to be allocated to another resource without changing the status of the production job?
