Extension management without using the dependencies

Dear members, Please suggest me a appropriate way to visualize the projects that are present in the extension management without using the dependencies in Visual Studio Code.

Is there any other way possible to convert the projects uploaded into the extension management to  APP File and view them.??

Please suggest me ideas to achieve the same.

RE: Extension management without using the dependencies

If you have access to Download Source of the app from extension management you can download and see what are the changes made, otherwise you can need to call those app as a dependencies in your parent app and then check objects with Object designer from the .alpackage folder.
