As many people often download more than one of our website-resources (e.g. whitepaper, success stories) I would like to set in the system that more than a total of three downloads ist not possible . Thus I would like to prohibit multiple downloads.
Does anyone of you can help me with this?

Are you sure this is the right thing to do? You'll simply be encouraging people to download the other materials using a different email address etc which'll cause poor lead data quality.

When people download the content, does it appear after the form fill out or is the document emailed to them? I'm not sure there's a way to limit the number of times a form is filled out but you could control the number of times an email is sent using a customer journey.

You mean it may work if I create a customer journey based on a segment which includes leads who have already done e.g. three downloads? I already thought about that option but I don't find a way to create a segment like this. Do you have any idea?
