Provisional Trial Balance

Hi
 
MSD 365 Finance and Operations: Version 10.0.40
 
1. Is there any way to have provisional Trial Balance (i.e before posting transactions).
2. Can we have Trial Balance with only Main account + Closing Balance (i.e without Opening + Debit + Credit columns)
3. Can we submit selected transactions together and post all approved transactions together?

    Hi,
     
    1. you can generate a provisional trial balance for unposted transactions. below is the link for more details
     
     
    2. As far as I know, I don't think you can get the main account plus the closing balance. (only closing balance). You can download an Excel sheet and apply the formula as a workaround.
     
    3.  You can set a batch job for approved transactions, so once it's approved it will automatically get posted.
