How can a client find out who their VAR is?

I have a client with newer employees, we are not their GP Var, and they don't know who their GP Var is. They need to get access to customersource for download. how can a client find our or reach Microsoft to find out?

Have them call sales operations at 1-800-456-0025. Hopefully the primary account holder is still there and can make this call. Explain the situation and hopefully they get get them into CustomerSource.
