I've been experimenting with chaining two surveys together using branching rules. After reading the entity reference for msfp_surveyresponse, I was expecting that the msfp_parentsurveyresponse attribute in the record for the second survey would be populated with a reference to the survey response record for the first survey. However, looking at the data in Power BI, it appears that the msfp_parentsurveyresponse field is always showing as null.
Have I interpreted the entity reference correctly? If so, is there a bug which is preventing this field being populated?
Hi Jwxc,
This is an item currently in our backlog, unfortunately I don't have a definitive timeline to share with you on this yet.
I am curious to understand your use-case and see if there is any other way in which we can help you achieve your business goal.
Would it be possible to connect over email with me at usrathna@microsoft.com, so that we can discuss on this further? Are you looking to use chained surveys for specific scenarios (you have more questions/ you have related surveys etc.?)
