How can i prevent cashiers from selling zero quantity.

This happens on weighed items only.since you are required to manually post the weight,once you press enter before posting the weight the item posts with zero quantity.

if the cashier completes this transaction,the receipt prints showing zero quantity sold.

i have tried using price bounds but they don't work with weighed items

Thanks Gencay, but that field doesn't exist the only field i see is Must enter Price.

Hi Eliud,

There is a field " Keying Quantity" in Item table. If you setup this field "Must Key in Quantity" cashiers can not complete transaction with zero quantity.
