Hi Pat,
I really don't think deleting it will solve your problem. Have you tried moving the cancelled PO to the history table using the 'remove completed purchase orders' routine? Another suggestion is to run the Reconcile utility after that. I would not go to SQL except as a last resort. When you say it's still in the budget do you mean it's a committed cost using the Purchase Order Commitments module?

Hi Pat,
What are you trying to do that would cause you to want to delete all of the line items from POs that have not been moved to history? Do you want to delete all of these POs too? If so, you would need to delete the header record as well (POP10100). I would recommend NOT doing it at the SQL level and removing/deleting it properly from the GP user interface.
