No, Copilot Studio Agents cannot currently be exported and published into Dynamics 365 Business Central as native Business Central objects (AL extensions,

    pages, codeunits, etc.).

However, Copilot Studio agents can be integrated with, embedded in, and interact with Business Central, which is the recommended Microsoft approach.

Think of Copilot Studio Agents as external AI services that integrate with Business Central, not as artifacts that are deployed into Business Central itself. The

supported approach today is to integrate or embed the agent and move it through environments using Power Platform Solutions, rather than exporting it as a

    native Business Central component.

    Hello,
yes but you don’t “export/publish it inside Business Central” directly. A Copilot Studio agent is managed from Copilot Studio / Power Platform, and you move it between environments using Solutions: create a custom solution, add the agent, include required dependencies like flows, connection references, and environment variables, then export/import that solution to the target environment. For publishing, publish the agent from Copilot Studio and then connect it to the required channel; Business Central can be part of the agent’s functionality through connectors/APIs/actions, but the AL extension/package and the Copilot Studio agent lifecycle remain separate.
    Regards,
    Oussama Sabbouh.

The Copilot Studio Agent can only be managed and used within Copilot Studio; it is merely an API for connecting to BC.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
