MR 2012 Publishing a web link to a network shared location - errors

We are trying to publish an MR report to a related link, it accepts our UNC path (which the path is a shared folder with all users having full control). We are signed in as Admin who also is an MR Admin. When we generate the report, it opens in the web, but the error in the queue is that it is unable to publish to that location.

Do you have any guidelines on what to check to see why it won’t publish? We can save the report with the link, but not publish to the link. Any thoughts? There are no special characters, etc. What are the guidelines to this shared network location and publishing?
