We have over 3M labor transactions - I noticed that between the ProjEmplTrans & ProjEmplTransSale tables, the default dimension differs on 47 of these. I'm not sure which is the 'correct' financial dimension. Not very many - 47 - and the differences are pretty small looking at the Financial Dimension rows - but I'm just wondering - why? My concern is it's not a big deal now - but maybe whatever caused those 47 to differ, will become more common later.

Are you in a development environment? Have you made any changes to the DB, please contact development colleagues to confirm. The two tables are linked with the field TransId.

How are these employee transactions entered in the application? Are you using timesheets or an hour journal. You tagged this question with "Data Integration". Are the hour details imported? Can you find something in common for these 47 transactions?
