We tried to instal PC Charge to accept credit card payment but we are gettiing error message "pcc debit addin". Unfortunately, htis has completely locked up RMS to the point of not being able to open the cash drawer. We uninstalled the PC Charge to go back to the old credit card processor but that did not change the error. Ideas???

If you are processing Debit, there is an Add On needed for Debit. If not make sure none of your Database / Register list items have it checked off. Microsoft support should be able to resolve this, you might have put a "hook" in somewhere inadvertently. Also, CC processing is built into RMS, and direct connects to some of the best processors in the world, so only in rare cases would you need to purchase PC Charge. http://www.syssolutionsllc.com/
